Pre CBT
Not sure if riding is for you or which bike to ride(auto or geared) then a 1/2 day pre CBT course could be for you. The aim of the course is to give you a feel for being on motorised 2 wheels and if so which bike to use for your CBT. You must have either a provisional or full driving licence, wear jeans and walking boots that cover the ankle. Training is conducted in the off road training area on Fridays 12.30 to 15.30 and can be booked online via our website.
CBT Training
Before you obtain a motorcycling licence, you must complete compulsory basic training (CBT), which is administered and certified by our qualified instructors.
AUTOMATIC to GEAR TRAINING
If you completed your CBT on an automatic bike, we offer a half day training to convert to a gear bike. Training is conducted on the training area with a view to a road ride if skills and time allow. These courses run on a Friday morning and can be booked online via our website.
Assessment
Prior to beginning your DAS course, you will have a
1 hour assessment with a fully qualified instructor to assess what training you need.
DAS Training
